- The return and exchange of our products is only valid for products that are original, unused, and in resalable condition.

- Returns and exchanges are possible as long as the security tag that comes with each of our products is not removed. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges on products with the security label removed. This procedure is necessary for the hygienic and high-quality resale of our products.

- You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receipt of the products. During this period, the products must be sent to us in their original packaging, with the tags intact and unused.

2. Return and Exchange Process:

- In order for your return or exchange request to be processed, you must fill out the return and exchange form created on farren.com.tr.

- When your request is approved, we will get back to you and provide you with the necessary guidance.

- Once the status of the returned products has been reviewed and approved, your payment will be made via your original payment method. This process may take 7-10 business days from the receipt of the product.

3. Non-Returnable Products:

- Products with the security tag removed,

- Customized or modified products,

- For hygiene reasons, products such as underwear and swimwear are not subject to return or exchange.
