Article 1 - Parties

Article 2 - Subject

This Membership Agreement has been arranged between the member who will benefit from the services provided by Farren and Farren Tekstil ve Hazır Giyim Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi (“Farren”) in order to determine the terms of membership and service usage.

Article 3 - Membership Conditions

- Membership is completed by filling out the membership form on our website completely and approving the membership application. The user who completes the membership process is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement.

- Acceptance of the membership application is at Farren's sole discretion. Farren reserves the right to reject the membership application without any justification.

Article 4 - Rights and Obligations of the Member

- The Member agrees that he/she will benefit from the services offered by Farren only for personal use and will not use them for commercial purposes.

- The Member declares that the information provided during registration to the system is accurate, up-to-date and complete. In case of incorrect or incomplete information, Farren has the right to question the accuracy of this information and cancel the membership.

- The Member is obliged to keep his/her account and password confidential. The member is responsible for any damages that may occur if the account and password are shared with third parties.

- The member agrees not to use Farren's services in an illegal or abusive manner. Otherwise, Farren reserves the right to cancel the membership and initiate the necessary legal proceedings.

Article 5 - Rights and Obligations of Farren

- Farren takes all technical and administrative measures necessary for the uninterrupted and secure provision of the services offered to the member. However, Farren cannot be held responsible for interruptions in services due to force majeure or technical failures.

- Farren has the right to check the accuracy of the information provided during membership and to request it to be updated when necessary.

- Farren reserves the right to inform the member by using the e-mail address and/or telephone number specified in the communications with the member.

- Farren has the right to temporarily or permanently cancel the membership if the member violates this agreement.

Article 6 - Confidentiality

All personal information shared by the member with Farren will be protected and processed within the framework of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and Farren's Privacy Policy. The personal data of the member will be used for the purpose of providing services, conducting membership transactions and fulfilling legal obligations.

Article 7 - Termination of the Agreement

- The Member may terminate this agreement by canceling his/her membership at any time. A written application must be made to Farren for membership cancellation.

- Farren may unilaterally terminate the membership if the member violates this agreement or acts contrary to legal regulations.

Article 8 - Dispute Resolution

Istanbul Courts and Execution Offices are authorized in any dispute that may arise from this agreement.

Article 9 - Enforcement

By becoming a member of Farren, the Member declares that he / she has read and understood this Membership Agreement and accepts all its provisions. This agreement enters into force upon the approval of the member electronically.
