PRELIMINARY INFORMATION FORM

 Below is the Preliminary Information Form prepared for distance sales over the internet in accordance with the provisions of the “Distance Contracts Regulation”, which was prepared based on Articles 48 and 84 of the LAW ON CONSUMER PROTECTION No. 6502 and entered into force after being published in the Official Gazette dated 27.11.2014 and numbered 29188.

By confirming this Preliminary Information Form, the CONSUMER, before the establishment of the Distance Sales Contract (“Contract”), the name or title of the SELLER, MERSIS number, if any, address, basic features of the products ordered, which are foreseen to be given to the CONSUMER by the SELLER in accordance with the Distance Contracts Regulation, the price of the products including taxes, payment and delivery information, the open address, fax number or e-mail information where the withdrawal notification will be made, and the information that consumers can make their applications to the CONSUMER Court or the CONSUMER Arbitration Committee regarding the dispute.
